Had not heard about the IRS incorporation but you are absolutely correct on the structure, nature, and function of the Federal Reserve and how money is created and distributed.
Individuals do the same as banks every time they use a credit card. Money that never existed before is instantly created for that service or merchandise you charged and put into circulation.
Need a bailout? No problem. Just create, out of thin air, a Trillion dollars and loan it into circulation directly to banks, who can instantly loan, if they weren't such fraidy cats, 10 Trillion dollars into circulation.
They just don't make depressions like they used to.
