ditto, However one turkey has already been boiled down to nothing to make a turkey reduction stock....sort of like a demi glass or it is also spelled demi glace. I am going to be eating mashed taters and GRAVY this year. But even in Alaska we pump that turkey full of spices and juice and fry it in the snow. Sunflower oil or canola oil works well but peanut is the best for this. I will go to San Diego and make the tradition green bean casserole and a special cake with 3 different layers of 3 kinds of chocolate on a pecan, meringue crust.....I hope you all can eat as good as I am going to. If not give me a call. I will work something out. Ours is called "the orphans' Thanksgiving" since most of us don't get to be with our families.
