You have to separate all that stuff to do anything.
The wages.......as in pay as an employee from an employer get dealt with through your state wage and hour office. They are all different.
The DISH installation and activation rules......are between you and DISH. Contact them directly and see if they are interested. There may be a snitch bounty or you could get paid to fix the jobs. Call DISH. Check their site.
And you are pissed off that this guy wanted you to go along with illegal stuff. And you are angry because you have not been paid.
