It is complicated.....in SOME states you cannot just REPO. Once the materials are attached to the structure they become the property of the owner of the structure (MD)...other places are different.
And the suggestion to beat the crap out of nonpayers is to be discouraged also.
For sure this work needs more tech warnings.......DTV will not involve themselves in assuring tech get paid. They are separated by several levels of subcontractors.......this may be changing.
But to answer an ad for installers anywhere away from your home ground is nuts. No money out there ....just road bills.
