What do you think an escalation might mean?
Sounds like a warning or threat..."want to keep working your route?" Employees have routes.....contracrors look at each job and submit a bid. Would you think a contractor could trigger an escalation bu looking at a job and submitting a bid with a requirement of i/3 in advance to schedule.......
