Get an acceptance of the jobs. Send another invoice and get a signed statement that all are payable pending funds,
Get tag numbers on the vehicles. Get identification for the company, copy any checks you have. Find out the status of the company office. If there is money in the company bank account put a lien on that and ..............find out who is paying your contractor.............try to seize your money directly from them....each state is different in how this is done.

The sooner you act the better chance of getting anything...........you might post the name of the company. They probably did this before and you might get some help.
