I should mention that these are not "plastic", but a composite of some sort. We have routinely used these in sub zero weather with no problems, they come with a strap for using as a 90 or 45 block and a chain to attach to a "bitch " clamp for setups. They are light and easy to use.
We put a roller on each side of it when using it with coax, not necessary with fiber.
