I am working on a small one way, 550, HFC plant. I am interested in upgrding to carry some digital channels. I do know that equipment will be costly and would like to start out with only a few digital channels, maybe just the paid tier. Then make small transitions to a more modern system.
I would like to get as much info about the digital upgrade before searching for equipment. Please, any suggestons on Headend, Field and Set top Boxe equipment?
We are a small plant so looking for something that is midrange cost and reliable. Thank you in advance for your response.
