I wish you were, right but everyday more people get laid off last month 289,000 homes foreclosed , it hasn't stopped .for people are jumping on the who cares train. If 250,000 people loose there jobs and there mortgage is 1 weeks pay and they have all those other bills to pay and unemployment pays a max of 275 and you got 800 a week pay the numbers don't work . every one sees people walking away there gonna do it to. its a cycle that at this moment is not stopping so you all saying its peaked is way off the mark its gonna get worse .
