Spartan

I have been on the bar a long time and I have been screwed over by multiple sub contractors. Spartan is a new prime, and I have been with them from the beginning of IKE. First it was drop replacement and wreck outs now we are Installing and all the hacks got weeded out quick, They have always been very fair with payroll and they don't even hold 10 percent for GI how can you go wrong.........
