I can tell you a lot, I have worked for their sub partners. I have seen one who tried hard to do well but lacked the knowledge it takes. He ended up broke due to near 1000 missing dig receivers. I worked for one who could not have managed his way out of a cardboard box. And I am w/ one now who is profesional and prepared to take his company far. As far as working directly for Mastec, unless things have changed I would advise against it. The guys I know are making min wage or worse. They use mastec vans and gas but they pay for a percentage of it. They may make $400.00 a week after taxes. Mastec is a big company and its easy to get lost in the shuffle, but if you do good work you will be recognised.
