lets try to remember that politicians for years have planned scenarios. ones that take the right time and public to handle. dont you think that it worked in 2000? look at the oil prices. it all happens before the public can fully get a grasp on it....and then its over. the damage has been done, and all we do is shake our heads and await the next great hope.
