I was in Huntington Beach 4 years ago. As far as I know the fiber placement went well. The splicing had a few hicups. We started at an hourly rate (which got abused) and then we went to a piece rate. They shut everything down for 2 weeks during the trransition.
Then they had problems with the city getting permits for their cabinets. Shut the project down long enough for me to move back to sweep and ingress.
