In the condition shown- I have seen many just like that in NEWLY CONSTRUCTED SUBDIVISIONS...when I first started installing cable -I asked the guy I was hanging with "wtf! man that looks like crap! he said that's what inhouse doe's; and it's for them to fix- we don't have the corect tools, knowledge, nor do we get paid to do anything other than connect to it;"this plant is just a ped to us".
