It can be done but first you have to ground it at the pole. Youll need your big ladder for that. Get your cable and make like a 12 inch stinger. Go all the way to the top and wrap that around the main electric feed. Next get some rokas and a hammer and hammer the cable down to the tap. The rest is easy
