Dude I dont give advice often but this is a bad compbany to sub for they are rude and disfunctional. They have one of the worst ethics I have ever had to deal with. Trust me dude there are better companies out there who care about their subs and people. I have no idea why the mso keep these people. Hope you find what your looking for. But this is not a good oppurtunity. Save your time!! Trust me you will be glad you did. Good luck with your searching.
