Looks like the Norm for 90% of the systems out there. Had one in Philly in a vault that was completely submerged in water and frozen solid and they couldn't figure out why I didn't do it??? DUH. Took pictures and submitted them instead and said if you have a blow torch fine if not see ya in the spring.
