i didn't do much comcast storm work - but what we did do we got paid for... did alot of work for charter and suddenlink and still got 2 chex to pull in. i don't think it is all comcast fault as the nonpayment of storm workers is NOT a new thing just from Ike... same stuff after katrina and rita as well.... my opinion is alot of the issue is the primes.... pm me nrb - we gotta talk bro
