this is true. There were some bad apples here. But there have been changes in the way things have been looked at. I understand the customer's point with some of the things I saw. But there have been many cases where things were kicked back that I questioned why. It would pass any test and never create a problem with picture, phone or internet. But there were definitely bad ones too. I will continue to do a good job and if one is willing to do a good job the right way and find problems and fix them you will do well here. But no picture takers. The certification will find you in a heartbeat.
