No one Knew about the Rise of CATV and the later concurrent problems that the new industry would Create! If you should see RED Paint on the Ground then that would be the Power Lines! Be Very Careful Wabbit! Yellow is GASlines! Blue is water and Orange Communications lines. IE Phone and Cable. Green is Sewage. White is Proposed Constrution!
