I would have thought along these lines. Dawg.....why would you not get locates? Why would you not check for where those lines were. It isn't that guy's fault because ultimately you are the pro here. I am so sorry this happened but it didn't have to. I never believe anyone who tells me where their facilities are without locates in case you do hit something. Then it goes to the locate company. Sorry bro.
