Any info on Vitel in Houston

Is the pay any good if you use the companies truck, meter, ladders and paid gas. I have been an independent contractor going on ten years and skeptical to start something new when i already have all the above. The problem is i hear Comcast wants it this way practically in house but working contractors hours. Any and all responses appreciated
