this is so true in the industry today...to much of the pie is taken from to many hands and whats left is crumbs for the one's who really do the work... so you end up with new installers who dont know any better...trashing jobs and make'n it impossible for experienced installers to continue to make a living doing installs (%) of work per week fixing bad installs while you could be doing new installs at a decent pay rate...
