That is not a punch down tool/......what you need is the 3m ms2 (or the ms square tool) for this application. It will terminate, bridgetap, splice 25 pair at a time.
There is another another splice tool, but you will need to ask the vendor, as verizon and some bell outfits use the ms2 and some use the other type modular splice system.
You can buy them new for about $1500 or findem on ebay for around 500.
There should be a hydraulic pump, comb, press, dye, crazy bar (where applicable) and other mounting accessories.
