I had a truck sit about a year ago at about 1 am .We were parked on the side of the road just about at the white line .guy in the bucket ,guy on the ground. truck hit them at 55 mph ,my guy was in a coma for 47 days.Do not work at night by your self,he would be deid if the guy was not on the ground tryingto get the trucker a waek with is flash light. If you are splicing do you need a man with you on the ground at night .Not if all your safety equipment is out, right signs,cones beckons,arrow board if traffic is going fast ect. But call Osha and ask what the law is the will tell you if you do want to ask before ,they will fine you.This guy has 2 sons 14,and 16 they got lucky if it is law or not if you have kids do not work at night by your sefl. Before this I did I have two kids and you could not pay me enough to work at night by my self. It is just work be safe G B
