we got two night owl sweep techs here and they do a little of both .i am also pretty sure that two men is law and that it has never been enforced........if i am wrong i am sure i'll be legitimately corrected...........fact is you will probly go home every morning but don't tempt fate....we are in the city plenty of wild night out there i personally do my night travels with a line crew .that way we got the problem out numbered.
