I agree with you Nate. I have been in this business to long to even ask for someone to do anything for free. Actually, I do not let anyone past the ground block. It makes everybody happy. I’m prefer to take responsibility past that point. Every time I have to call Comcast about data problems. It’s the same. Do you have a router? Is it the third Saturday of the month? Is it a full moon? I tell them, just ping my modem. And every time, oh, I see. O.K we’ll take care of it. Stops them dead every time. Just make sure that I’m good at the ground block!!
