Ya know folks alot of these companies now use cheap unskilled labor. The kind ya can pick up on the corner. One dude in Houston a few months back told me he has a crew of guys he has been using for awhile he pays them 7 to 10 bucks an hour. They are all illegals I guess. He trains them in a specific aspect of the job and works them. While he makes off them charging them out as aerial lineman or skilled underground installers.
Our once skilled industry has been resorted to a joke. When I got in the business 15 years ago. I was told to shut up here son pull that lasher or straighten up that mess. Get to it 12 hours a day. Now I see alot of cry babies. I can't handle it dudes, that still have there mommies makin there lunch and waking them for work. They have the nerve to call themselves technicians and engineers. Just my rant but oh so true.
