well that depends on who you work for. When I done satellite, I never got charged back for anything. That could be because I do a thorough job and if I did have a service call on me and the service tech knew me, they would turn it in as "customer caused". And I would do the same for them. One thing I do when I look at a company to work for is ask the installers who work there. ASk them if there are rediculas charge backs, make sure they have been there for while too. A easy way to beat a ontime garuntee charge back is by just calling your customers as soon as possible. If they know from you that you are running late, they won't call DTV or DIsh.
