Well they did a partial upgrade and want new plant pictures and response. And down to the lower reply.....yea why power the mta or emta for your plant when you can but modems with battery stand by built in. No 12 batteries needed. And running plant without a true 1 gig upgrade so you have to have 52 dB on the high to make the next active will have some high tap and return values. Sorry ....I didn't design it. There were definitely some issues that were not Cox's fault. And when those are addressed there are some that are definitely sketchy. But we have to fix what they are concerned about before we can get to what they shouldn't be concerned about. I am starting to think they are willing to let a few things go by just not 20. Some techs were testing the system and the system won.
