Screw your state labor board.
Get in contact with your regional office for the Department of Labor: Wage and Hour Division. And bring 2 buddies and thier pay stubs with you and your stubs, and you are pretty much assured there will be an investigation.
DoL: WHD will look at every time card (or lack there of) for every employee for that company, for the last 3-years. DoL:WHD does not play around. I got a mid-4-digit check coming to me from my previous employer for all my backpay and overtime that they hosed me for.
