true....the downside is this....if you dispute a 30 dollar or even more, well you just got fired. Certainly there is a way to work out the problem without going ape and throwing legalities into the mix. If you don't like the way things are working out, find another job. Some people get ridiculous and start ripping off the boss whether it be parts and materials, or abuse of company equipment.
Basically, if your boss is a jackass, don't file a grievance.....let him lose his contract, and backing, watch him slide cross company to the next job, and get black balled.
