Re: poor respones

If your pictures are in SPEC'S then there shouldn't be a problem. What is "poor responses?" Fwd , Rev, ?? Auto test?? what was the SOW of the job ? where you to identify bad cable? replace bad connectors ? How far back are you talking, 1 month 2 months? I'm not doubting you but there are a lot of "picture takers" out there that can ruin it for the good sweepers, and it sounds like they got a hold of a few of their pictures.
