get some good techs to want to work for you, then talk to a MSO and see if they will hire your crew. Most of the time though, if you are currently working for them, they won't. So you might have to look into another MSO or HSP or whatever. They will tell you the requirements for insurance and their prices and requirements. Make sure you get every little detail in writting. It will come in handy when u have to sue them to get your money. Remember most of these companies don't care for contractors and it will be very difficult to be successfull at it. So good luck
