yeah I've seen the gas meter ground 3 times in the last 6 months going behind green horn Mastec installers........never in 8 years of contracting for Comcast and Bell South..........I coudn't believe my eyes.........wish I had a camera after all these years of the crazy stuff I've seen especially some of the stuff customers have tried to do themselves, gotta love Radio Shack splitters
