Mist system running heated water and connected to a thermostat. Pipe it using flexible mist tubing mounted around edges of dish.
I don't know what its called, but you could get that thin black water tubing that has several tubes glued together to form a flat wafer of several tubes. The kind you see on some homes for their pools. Glue it up to the backside of the dish's reflector and pipe hot steam through it from a boiler.
