Heres the other thing....The phone company did this 30 years ago....it was called centrex. There is only down sides to this service....sure you get branch offices in your hunt group...but with VOIP...and most new Pbx's you have OPX ability for a few dollars more. You can manage the system yourself, and there isnt the BS with why your Hunt Group isnt going the right direction. Not to mention, another entity managing your telephone services disallows you to change extensions and options along the way. Oh and by the way, see how long a change order takes....and how many F ups are included.
