Quality Cable, Screwed?

Hey,
Just got screwed by Shahadi, anyone else????
Adex fired this guy, and man- he is a peck##
Sitting here locked in Houston looking for line work on a shoe string budget.
I was refused his EIN, lets me know that I aint gonna get a check somehow.

Advice? Info on this?
