Re: MY Local Police Dept...from local bookings

Are those paid phone police? I mean do they have jurisdiction over pay phones or any phones? I can really understand this as this has been a rising crime in America and it needs to be stopped now. I can't stand the very thought of people not hanging up. Oh the humanities.
