Women on the construction site

Okay...I'm a single, 23 year old mother of 3. I tried the office positions. It's just not for me. I'm a tomboy to the fullest. I worked for a prime for the Verizon FTTP project. Now I'm running crews for a sub making twice the money. I bust my rear end 6 days a week at 10-12 hour days. When it comes down to the deadline, you'll catch me in the trenches right along side my crews. Why do big boss men think that a woman doesn't know what she's doing on the construction site? I've come up with some ideas that have saved the company money, effort and time. I work just as hard as anyone out there.
