Re: DirecTV, any small dealers left out there?

HSP technicians are the cause of this...I have never seen so many bozo's in any field..Had a job scheduled Monday, called the guy, he has already been installed by a HSP tech on Friday, but you might wanna come on out he said, nothing is working. After I found out that the HSP tech installed the equipment sent by the retailer, I went on out..got them running and showed them how to run system and got paid the 3 room install for about 20 minutes work. How many 90 year old customers do you think can program their own remote or even attempt to hook the 3rd receiver up to the t.v. The third receiver was active but still sitting in the box? The customer walked me to my truck and said " I cannot believe how much difference there is between two people sent out to do the same job" and he thanked me...Some of you guys out there are no more knowledgeable than the customer you are installing...I blame Rupert....
