that is as gay as a football bat!! you can buy a multiline Pbx for under 3 grand, with Voicemail...etc. And not worry about loosing calls. Management is done by you, options by you, programmed by you, etc. Allowing a separate entity to manage your business calls is really, really, really, really, dumb!!!!
Think about it, once you get used to the system...and understand the options....are you gonna want to call the company to change your services, and ding you with a bill???
Samsung sells a awesome system called Prostar.
Nortel sells a system that is better than that.
Nec sells the Elite 48, and 192 that go beyond both.
