Authorized DirecTV Dealers. Are there any left out there? Where satellite has been your bread and butter for a while now. The small offices or showrooms were a customer could call or come in and sign up for service and someone from that very same office would go and install that customer. Dealers that do custom work, hide the cables, not afraid of the big homes, do the same quality work when installing in mobile homes, maybe antenna systems etc. Seems like companies like this are a dying breed. With what I am reading in all the forums and such is people are fed up with 800, voice mail, outsource world. Crappy service, installs, and passing the buck is not what people want. Any small guys left out there?
