Splicers needed for Opportunity in Philadelphia, PA

We provide high end services such as sweep, balance, and certification work. We are looking to expand our services to include splicing and have an opportunity in Philly. The idea will be that we use our people to splice and sweep the entire node area. I would like to get some guys on board as employees, but will consider subbing it out if necessary. In house positions would be paid by the piece/ft and would come with benefits (Health, Dental, 401K, etc.). We would also supply the truck and test gear for in house employees.
