Good news from Europe over the weekend in that their taxpayers are picking up a chunk of the bank problems too. So today with light trading on Columbus Day we saw the market consolidate after the big losses last week, and brokers snapping up good deals. Don't think this is a broad market upswing. The dollar is still weak, employment is still declining sharply (Oct jobs report could be the next shock to hit the market) manufacturing is ugly, credit is still locked up tight. The markets will yo-yo up and down with the news, probably at least into next year.
It's easy to define what you're willing to fight for; but what are you willing to stand for without fighting? What are you willing to lay down your life for?
