I’m glad to hear that it’s working out for you. I don’t intend to pry into your day to day, so if I do just say so. Do you pay hourly or base salary with incentive bonuses? I only ask because I don’t see how a piece rate would keep you in the 40 hours without overtime. And given the added expense of ADP and any other extras. Was there a large impact to the bottom line?
