I've had that happen 2x's... Had to make a cut the width of the hump and repave... fortunately the owner was fine with that... You could have to also top coat the whole drive if they don't agree to the patch.
Thats the problem with the roto-bores... it's hard to start em deep and not come out 5' on the other side... GL
