Yes it's too extreme....but that is what you have to look forward to with the dish industry.
You were an employee and THEY were responsible to train you to specs- if ya can't comply with specs and show you are un-trainable...then they let you go(pink slip).

Don't forget that they owe you O.T.- make sure you collect it( go strait to the labor board if they didn't promptly hand over 100% of your money). In most states that I am aware of your O.T. is calculated by averaging out your peice work rate by the hr= this is now your hrly wage now you have your baseline.....any doubts go to irs.gov to confirm.

Just save yourself alot of grief and get on the cable side anyway.
