Re: split up the 85 billion and the 700 billion

We should treat it like what it is---child support. We'll give them the 700 billion, but then we're going to garnish their wages--the corporate executives and all employees, as well as all members of Congress--until it's paid in full. If they fail to make a payment, they go to jail.
