You guys have to understand .. the single customer is the last worry the MSO has.. They want to make sure there is RF up in a full node.. The drop contractors are going to run your ass to all ends on the mso's system.. the people working in the office has NO CLUE what so ever .. They get a List of nodes UP and cross it with customers calls for no cable.. you will go back to the same road in the same node 4 times in the same week.. It's called Dispatch.. they don't know any different.. they hire a cashier from 7-11 to do dispatch and as far as the contractor told you $30 a drop.. you should have got it in writing before you went there...

the place is still a beast of a place to work.. wait a bit.. the scams will get weeded out.. then the pros can go in and bail them out.
